Positive Outdoors CIC (Company number: 15015942) was founded on 20 July 2023 by Stuart Parker, Mohammed Abid Saleh MBE, and Peter John Sculpher MBE. Drawing on their extensive experience working with young people, primarily as scouting volunteers, they established the CIC to extend their impact to the wider Blackburn with Darwen community. Positive Outdoors delivers inclusive, nature-based activities that support wellbeing, build confidence, and reduce social isolation, helping people of all ages connect with the outdoors. Their work reflects a commitment to personal growth, community engagement, and the therapeutic benefits of green spaces.
